Mobile rock crushing plants are an important piece of equipment for any aggregate production operation. They allow contractors to crush rocks and gravel on-site, rather than having to haul it away for processing. There are a number of factors to consider when purchasing a mobile rock crushing plant, including the size of the unit, the type of rocks it can process, and the amount of material it can produce.
Track rock crushers are mounted on a chassis that sits on top of tracks, allowing the crusher to move around easily. This mobility is important because it allows the crusher to reach different parts of a quarry or construction site. The tracks also provide stability, ensuring that the crusher doesn’t tip over when it’s crushing rocks.
Wheeled rock crushers are mounted on a truck or trailer, which makes them easier to move from one site to another. However, they can’t reach as many places as track rock crushers can. Additionally, they can be less stable than track crushers, so they’re not as good for crushing large rocks.
