Design by Mellott, Warfordsburg, PA
A portable plant designed by Mellott announced recently as the first example rolled off the assembly line in Warfordsburg, PA. The plant, called “MC300HP-CC” combines a Metso HP300 cone crusher and a Metso 6’x20’ 3-deck screen on a road-going chassis with three axles. All or part of the material may be re-circulated to the screen, using the split chute and closed-circuit conveyor that feeds back to the screening unit.
The design is customizable for customers that need to modify the design for their purposes. Mellott has many years of experience in the stone crushing and quarrying business and this model reflects this experience.
Options are available, such as: heavy-duty wear liners, pre-wired electrical starter panel; hydraulic leveling legs with power-pack, and screen media with installation
As with all Mellott designs, safety is high priority and includes features like guards, screens, handrails, and catwalks.
