Hands-On Learning and Industry Connections
From February 18-20, 2025, Mellott had the privilege of hosting a comprehensive Metso training event at our campus, focusing on the maintenance and operation of Metso HP, Omnicone, and Symons crushers. Led by Metso’s expert instructor, Kerry Held, the training brought together over 50 industry professionals for an immersive experience in both classroom instruction and hands-on learning.
Participants gained valuable insights into crusher maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices, enhancing their technical knowledge and operational efficiency. The event wasn’t just about learning—it was also an incredible opportunity to network with peers, connect with industry experts, and experience Mellott’s state-of-the-art facilities firsthand.
Les Morris, Metso Training Manager, emphasized the importance of these educational sessions, stating:
