Mellott’s number one Value is safety, and always has been. That’s why Mellott has their Safety Incentive Program, that rewards employees for being safety aware and making safety a priority. Cody Jones, Mellott’s Safety Coordinator, had this to say about the program, “Grateful to have another successful year of giving back to our employees at Mellott through our Safety Incentive Program. Luckily, we have the privilege to reward the employees with a list full of prizes which even includes an all-inclusive vacation of their choice that they can win through a randomized drawing.
