Mellott is your partner in success to maximize up-time!  Our component exchange program is a cost and time effective way to manage planned and unplanned repairs or maintenance. CXP provides an excellent option for customers to purchase an OEM reconditioned component at a lower price then new. This is all done without the delay or possible downtime of machining the component. We offer a huge inventory of spare and wear parts for crushers, screens, wash equipment and more that are ready for you so you can meet your production goals.  

Another great aspect is a core credit will be provided to the customer in exchange for their inoperative core. This program hinges upon the customer so if you have any components that fit this description please contact us as we would love to discuss.

How does it work?

  1. You have a part that needs to be replaced.
  2. You buy our CXP Part.
  3. We ship the CXP part to you and you ship your old part to us. Customer pays freight for the purchased component. 
  4. We evaluate the part you sent in and provide you a core credit. Returned freight is paid by customer or can be deducted from your core credit.
