* Vibrating Grizzly Feeder – 57″ x 18′ lg., includes bolt in upper and lower grizzly decks of nominal 1-1/2″ opening )or size specified per application), 25 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, mounted as integral part with hopper on common base
* Transition Hood: Consisting of a heavy duty fabricated feed chute with chain designed to accommodate vibratory-type feeding mechanisms and spraybar for dust suppression
* Horizontal Shaft Impactor: Eagle UltraMax 5 primary/secondary, Wt. 40,000 lbs., 35″ x 56″ feed opening, exclusive fixed bar solid steel sculptured rotor, cast primary curtain, fabrcated secondary curtain with wear resistant replaceable liners, hydraulic shim adjustment on secondary curtain, crusher housing split with hydraulic opening for access to rotor, curtains and replaceable liners. Includes Medium Chrome Blowbars and blowbar removal tool included for removing and flipping blowbars
* Spring Bridge: primary curtain spring bridge assembly where each spring exerts a compressive force for additional stabilization of primary curtain and still allows to swing away under extreme loads, such as uncrushables, with hydraulic adjustments
* Undercrusher Discharge Chute (discharge box): heavy duty steel reinforced plate, complete with replaceable liners
* Fines Bypass Chute: has a flop gate for diverting material from grizzly to the under-crusher gathering hopper or to optional grizzly bypass conveyor for stockpiling
* Platforms & Railings: heavy-duty tread plate and grate design with access ladders to the platforms from either side of plant. Platforms and railings located at the crusher, engine, and at the hopper for operation
* Main Trailer Frame: 24″ wide flange beam side rails, air-ride tri-axle suspension with 114″ track axles, twelve 11:00 x 22.5, 12 ply tires, air control brakes with emergency and service gladhands, fifth wheel plate and kingpin, prewired running lights with stop directional , and 3 light marker bar
* Plant Support System: set of four “stiff-leg” hydraulic cylinders controlled by an independent powered hydraulic unit complete with in-line load controls on each cylinder and directional control valves
* Drive Guards: formed sheet metal with wire mesh complete wiht hinge type doors for easy access to pulleys and belts
* Electric Power: 400 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive and a 400 HP Soft Start Panel. Customer is responsible for supplying electric power to control panels and any special wiring as specified by local code
* Central Control Panel: NEMA 4 type box, complete with all motor controls for Unit, 42″ Discharge Conveyor, and Eagle Screening Plant, emergency stop pushbuttons, one 10 HP and three 15 HP starters with quick disconnect plugs for Return Conveyor and Stockpiling Conveyors. Also has one dual 115 volt plug and remote operator’s pendant with feeder stop and emergency stop pushbuttons
* Electric Variable Speed Feeder Control: 25 HP, adjustable frequency AC drive with remote variable speed switch includes auxiliary circuit with starter installed in the central control panel for continuous fixed-speed operation
* Air Eagle Remote: remote control for starting/stopping feeder and variable speed up/down
* Portable Discharge System: Includes belt protecting gathering hopper with 400 Brinell replaceable liners, 42″ x 40′ channel frame type conveyor, impact absorbing slider bed with laminated impact rails at the loading area, 20° troughing idlers, full length skirtboards with rubber flashing, 15 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, belt scraper, lagged head pulley, winged tail pulley with guard, heavy duty conveyor frame with 71.5″ track axle and two 255/70R22.5 tires (NOTE: On site portable only)
* Magnetic Separator: Dings 44CR (or equivalent) continuous belt magnet with stainless steel discharge belt, magnet stand, chute, 5 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, and magnet rectifier that converts AC voltage to DC voltage.
