Job Description
Mellott University is a pre-apprentice program for local high school seniors, offering paid, industry-specific training that earns college credit and is led by a Mellott subject matter expert. Mellott offers all instruction free of charge at our Warfordsburg, PA campus.
Safety
Working safely is Mellott’s top priority and number one requirement for the technically skilled workforce.
Training
Mellott employs full-time training managers, utilizing our subject matter experts as trainers.
Practice
Students are assigned crusher assembly, inspection & testing tasks to develop competent apprentice-level skills.
Our Mission
There is a shortage of a technically trained work force across the USA. Many well-paying positions go unfilled at equipment distributors and manufacturers due to a lack of technical skills of the applicants. We dedicated Mellott University to help solve this lack of a skilled workforce problem for ourselves, our customers, our industry and the USA.
