Job Scope:

Responsible for administration of activities in the Sales department(s) of Mellott and supporting our partnering companies. Maintain and strengthen the relationship with our customers through systems, rental, and equipment sales & commercial processes.

Essential Duties:

Set up systems RFQ and create weekly RFQ listing for meeting
Project creation, proposal submittal, manufacturing contract, customer order processing, change orders, invoicing and staged billing
Create, update, and manage flow of sales quotations and customer orders in IFS (ERP business software)
Sales quote process, sale proposal, sales contracts, customer order processing, freight quotes/scheduling pickups, scheduling startups, manganese reimbursement process, and invoicing
Complete the steps for rental sales and commercial processes
Rental RFQ processing, sales quotes, sales proposals, freight, rental agreements, tracking of monthly hours, invoices, rental hours, inspections, and invoicing
Track inventory by Maintaining equipment on orders, on rental and reserved for projects
Keeping inventory values current and attaching electronic manuals in IFS
Establish strong working relationships with our equipment, parts, and logistics suppliers as well as Mellott internal support teams
Support Field Sales professionals with commercial, process and supplier related requests
Commitment to highest level of Customer Satisfaction (Internal/External Customers)
Support the goals of the Sales, IT, and Equipment Management departments

Secondary Duties

Help Train and Support our partner companies with their sales and commercial related responsibilities
Participate and observe trainings through Metso E- Learning, in-house training of SOPs and other relative trainings
Take responsibility of the customer sales analysis and monthly account manager CRM pipeline reporting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Good organizational skills
Proven Performance record
Education Requirements:

BS in business management or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of product support experience preferred
At least one-year of customer service, sales, or warehouse experience required
