About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Support Rentals professional to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a Product Support Rentals specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental equipment and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in our industry. Your main objective will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction, while maintaining the integrity and safety of our equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in product support rentals or related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with heavy equipment or machinery
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
Experience with inventory management systems
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair rental equipment to ensure optimal performance
Provide technical support to clients and assist with equipment setup and operation
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on rental equipment
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of rental equipment
Skills:
As a Product Support Rentals specialist, you will utilize your strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair rental equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
