Job Purpose: To Promote Company products and services by developing and implementing innovative marketing strategy; conducting and measuring comprehensive advertising campaigns; creating and maintaining effective promotional tools; and assist in planning meetings and trade shows.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Publications and other 3rd party advertisements
  • Coordinate with AP to Process Supplier Invoices
  • Assist in Creating/Updating/Printing and distribution of Promotional Literature and giveaway items
  • Assist in Planning Expos and event hosting
  • Coordinate Paying of Association Dues
  • Purchase Request Management
  • Assist in Creating and Implement Customer Surveys
  • Updating Website Content
  • Assist in Report Generation to track Marketing KPIs
  • CRM Quality Assurance
  • Create and Update Annual/Monthly Marketing Schedules under supervision of Marketing Manager

Other Responsibilities

  • UCC lead follow up
  • Assist in planning social posts for Mellott and partner company social media pages
  • Parts set up in business software
  • Aid in Equipment population research and information gathering
    • Adding new mine information
    • Updating mine ownership information
    • Adding equipment information
  • Aid in processing online leads into the CRM (operator)
  • Assist in Sales and Marketing Analysis
    • Market share analysis
    • Equipment population analysis
    • Competitive analysis
    • SWOT Analysis
    • Lost Sales Analysis
  • Assist in Ecommerce Operations and Marketing
  • Other activities upon request
    Requirements
    Strong organizational skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication
    Must be Driven, task oriented, and able to work well in a team
    1-2 years Marketing experience
    Excel, PowerPoint, photoshop, WordPress skills preferred
