About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team at multiple locations. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize our operations and improve our bottom line. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze large and complex data sets using statistical methods and tools
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

More Details:
Monday- Friday position , day shift , during the summer , 40 hour work week , possible OT available
Looking to start this individual in May/beginning of June 2025 after they have completed classes for the year
Laptop/computer at office provided
Paid position, paid biweekly
80% of the position is in office, 20% opportunity to be on site/ visiting other Mellott Branches
Must be able to use Microsoft Suite programs and other supporting software
Pre employment physical and drug test are required
